I understand the complexities and challenges you face. I have hired hundreds of very talented people. I've worked for great leaders and poor managers. I have been through three start-ups and two IPOs. I have struggled in communicating with a multi-cultural pan-European team. But innovation, growth, challenge and change is where I flourish.

When I ran European subsidiaries of US technology companies it was difficult to find an unbiased listener with whom to sound out ideas and to help me explore alternatives and clarify options prior to implementation.

I couldn't always talk openly to my team or my CEO in the States or even my peers in my network. I was supposed to have all the answers, be totally confident in knowing what to do - but sometimes I was stuck. Occasionally poor relationships and inefficient communication also let me down. If only I had had a coach with whom to explore and clarify.

My coaching approach

My approach is highly personalised and does not rely on prescribed methodologies. I offer active listening, powerful questioning, objective feedback, challenging observations, unbiased opinions and high-impact goal-setting. I don't offer a lot of consulting, advice or answers. I am a trained coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.

You and I agree a three-six month coaching programme to fit in with your objectives and schedule. We work almost exclusively on the phone with between two and four one-hour focused conversations per month.

My personal style

I am clever and quick; innovative and ingenious at problem-solving. I am very enthusiastic, energetic and positive. I don't suffer fools. I have very high standards. I trust my intuition and see possibilities everywhere. I am patient, detached, interested, perceptive, retentive, empathetic and supportive.
